Liverpool Commercial District. Liverpool's Commercial District has witnessed a remarkable transformation in developer interest and investor confidence. Since 2000, more than 1m sq ft of grade A office space has been successfully delivered in the city's business district. The scheme is being delivered by English Cities Fund (ECF) and will take 10-15 years to complete.
St Paul's Square. St Paul's Square represents the first phase of Liverpool's new Commercial Quarter Masterplan. The first two phases have already created more than 250,000sq ft of office space. Tenants include law firms Hill Dickinson and DWF as well as Bank of Scotland Corporate. The third phase will bring in 109,000 sq ft of Grade A office space to the city centre.
Kings Waterfront. A 15-hectare mixed-use scheme to provide waterfront concert, conference and hotel facilities.
Liverpool Science Park Innovation Centre. In the heart of the city centre, close to both Liverpool John Moores University and the University of Liverpool. Ic1 opened in Jan 06 providing a home for developing science and knowledge based companies by offering accommodation and business support. The second phase ic2 was launched in June 2009 offering 40,000 sq ft of highly specified flexible accommodation.

- Matchbox. A spectacular fully glazed 19,000 sq ft office building fronting Urban Splash' Matchworks site in south Liverpool.
- 20 Chapel Street. This new build is a mixed-use scheme, offering 155,000 sq ft of prime Grade A office space overlooking the Liverpool Waterfront.
